CHARGES AT WARRINGTON BUSINESS PARK
At Warrington Business Park, we aim to make
renting an office as simple as possible:
Rent
Office rent is inclusive of heating and sewerage
charges.
Service Charges
· Water Rates applicable to the office you
rent are invoiced direct from Warrington
Business Park on a monthly basis.
· Electricity used in your office is invoiced either direct from
Warrington Business Park
or from the outside supplier monthly.
· Business Rates are invoiced direct from Warrington Borough
Council.
Where supplies are from an outside agency,
Warrington Business Park will handle all necessary paperwork to ease your move.
Other Charges
We also make available a telephone
answering service, photocopying (both black & white and
colour), fax and postal franking service. Any use of these
facilities are invoiced monthly in arrears by the Business
Park
